Map Merging

I know this is possible because they did it with Pokemon Essencials, but I was wondering if you needed an external program.

 

You know how in pokemon you move from one map to the other without using teleports, how they seemlessly murge. like they are preloaded.

 

Any one know how to do that?

Pokemon games are one giant map with the buildings and caves on there own maps. I have no clue what type of preloading your looking for. :huh:

What bigace said. Try using an antilag script because a huge map like that will definitely cause a lot of lag.
