Who are the best playable characters?

There are some characters in videos that are strong. Sometimes too strong.

 

I have to say MegaMan X with the complete Ultimate Armor. His defense is so strong that only an idiot cannot defeat any boss including Sigma. His charge shot is way over powered as well with new levels of charging and storing many charged shots. Giga Armor allows X to walk on spikes.
