madanchi 18 Report post Posted July 15, 2011 (edited) So I bought Roccat Kave 5.1 gaming headset exactly a month ago and the left slider has already broken ... ¬__________¬ I have taken extremely good care of them, haven't been rough or anything yet they've bloody broken and for the price i paid I do not expect this cheap kind of build quality. No one else reported this issue though, so maybe i'm just the unlucky one? The slider is to adjust height of the headphones btw also as a side note, it appears the end of the slider has been scraped at or warn away which is impossible to get at (like when you scrape away plastic), I'm able to see it as it is starting to prise outwards. A simple super glue would fix it but not permanently and if I do that then my possible warranty is void But what I'm wondering is could this come under the manufacturers standard 1 year warranty? as a product defect rather than my own doing? because it's ridiculous to break this soon :( Edited July 15, 2011 by madanchi Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
