Don't be rude. He could be new to the program.

That maybe true, but maybe he should test play the software before asking for help. You can learn a lot of things by doing things yourself before actually asking. Not trying to be rude or anything, just saying he needs to test it out first before asking.

You may have not intended to be rude but you do come off that way, and its especially not good to respond like that to new members. That said, if you had used the lol smilie instead of the one you used it would probably come off completely different.

To answer the original question, you change in the database, in the last tab (i think its the last one, I dont have RMXP on this computer), there you see a list of your party and you can delete the default ones.

As a recent newbie the DEPTH of options can make it very overwhelming to a newcomer.

There's no good inbuilt trainer or, well anything to ease you into it, it's just BAM I'm here, use me.

Things just aren't as transparent to a newbie as they are to a vet. Especially if, as is often the case,

the person has zero programming experience or computer skill.

Basic knowledge it may be, but I started with no knowledge, not even basic!

3 weeks later and now I can confidently say I know now there's more to know than I knew there was to know, so now I know I know less than

than I thought I could know as there's more to know than could be known before you knew all there is to know.Y'know?

:P

Kevin.ds's image up there would very helpful I find.
