[Request] Upgrading Spells?

Recommended Posts

Type

I'm looking for a script that would effect the way a character learns spells. I'm in need of it for a "Summoner" class in my game, made on RPG Maker XP.

Specifications/Requirements

Well, the whole gist of it is: For my "Summoner" class, the Summonder may summon a creature to hel;p in battle, replacing the summoner itself. As I'm not using the default RPGXP enemies as the actual enemies, I'm using them as Summons instead. The spell "Summon Undead" would, for a level 1 Summoner, summon a ghost. As you levelled up, it would later summon a Zombie, then a Skeleton, then finally a Lich.

What I would like is a script that could make sure that instead of getting four different spells of "Summon Ghost" "Summon Zombie", and so on; but instead just one "Summon Undead" that changes what it summons over time.

I hope that's explained well?

Pre-Existing Scripts

- Sprite Shadow, Sprite Mirror, SpriteSun, Reflection Effect and Destruction Engine by Rataime and DerVVulfman

- Easy Font Changer by ChaosOverLord

- Universal Messaging System by Ccoa

- Hand Cursor by Gameguy

- Tanketai Battle System and a HUGE amount of addons for the aforementioned battle system by Enu/Atoa/Kylock/Mr.Bubble

Hmm i am pretty sure this could be done with a common event. With conditional braches that changes the spell to another when it levels. I could try to make it for you if you tell me how you want the spell to level up

Hm, now that you've mentioned it, I see your point. If you could, that would be lovely~! There's quite a bit of detail for the spells, as it's got a Summon Undead, Aquatic, Bird, Goblin, Devil, Angel, Beast and Snake, all at different levels. You sure you would like to help out with that?
