vincestick 13 Report post Posted September 3, 2011 As I was working on my RMXP project, I was thinking quite a bit about whether I should create a HUB area, then this topic just sort of came up. How do you guys feel about HUB Worlds in games? (For those that are video-game-jargon-impaired, a HUB world is the central location from which a player can venture out into different areas of a game. It is often used as a clever way of masking loading between levels or worlds. (e.g. Tim's House in Braid, Princess Peach's Castle in Super Mario 64, and the Nexus in Demon's Souls)) It is normally an area that you frequently visit throughout the entire game.
