Today couldn't have been any better

I've had a pretty good day today and i'm here to tell you why. Through constant hours of my grandmother and I we found some of the old windows 98 games we used to play.

Such as Chip, Ski Free, Space Quest, rodents revenge, and Tetris. Not to mention i finally found the freaking ps1 game that evaded me for 10 YEARS....Legend of Lagaia.

Right now i'm waiting for legend of lagaia to download so i can start playing this amaaaaaaazingly good game :)

 

I would love to share my happiness with you but there's not enough to go around. I could let a few of you borrow it for a few hours but i'll want it back eventually :)

WOOT!! your 10 year quest is finally over. But remember games arnt always as great as you remember them from your childhood.

I LOVE THESE GAMES NOSTALGIA GOGGLES x 10000

 

I can't say much for Legend of Legaia...I never played, and looking a youtube...I cannot play turn-based RPGs with annoying constantly moving/zooming cameras...I get dizzy and...I dunno it's almost like a mix between vertigo and claustrophobia...

 

BUT SPACE QUEST YESsss Roger Wilco used to be my hero!

 

@fiasco: In some cases, yes. But in a lot of cases I completely disagree! I thoroughly enjoy NES/SNES MUCH more now, than I did as a child. Especially Chrono Trigger, I couldn't appreciate the story when I was younger, as I didn't quite understand the deeper meaning (and technically I have now played through the fan re-translation, so no censorship/plot hole)

shes not a big gamer just she used to play it with me when i was like 6. xD these games are to good to not enjoy as much as i used to.
