how to make my game an installer?

I've finished my game using RPG Maker XP. I needed it to be an installer so that in can be

played in any PC just by installing the game.

could someone please teach me a step-by-step procedure on how to do it?

i've read some but it's confusing and the steps are not clear.

how do you make the game playable but not editable? i mean the user cannot open it

in rpg maker. i remember one time i downloaded a game that is like that. it is playable but cannot be open in rpg maker. it is only 1 file.

in RMXP go to File-> Compress Game Data-> [x]Create Encrypted Archive
