importing/exporting tilesets

i was wondering if it was possible to import/export tilesets while keeping the information about the tileset? like if i was using a tileset for something and had all the flags (where the player can and can't walk, etc) set up, could i somehow export that to another game and keep those flags? sorry if this is a stupid question...

I wondered this countless times too, and I was told no, there is currently no possible way to export/import with flags. I think it would require some form of embedding of the image for that to work...

Sometimes, the answer is simpler than one may think.

 

You can copy and paste tileset entries in the database. When doing this, it actually copies over all flags and settings.

 

Also, in case anyone was wondering, you can copy over any entity in RPG Maker with this method
