Skills that require a preparation

Question

How do I make a skill that requires a preparation, like it can only be used after a different skill has already been used?

depends how you want it to show. If you want it hidden you can do a common event on the skill that requires it. EX: When you cast cure it runs a common event that checks the players level to see if its the required level then if if the players the required level it learns the skill cure 2 so next time they go into skills cure 2 will be shown.

 

Then you make it go away at the end of battle or when the player casts cure 2.
