when you want to ask someone a question, you should PM them

Bob is right, if you have a specific question to ask a specific member of the forums, it would be better that you use the Personal Message feature of the website and ask them directly.

 

At the top of the page there is a button for "Members List" you can use this to search for the member and PM them from their profile. Or you can find any post made by them to find their profile, to PM them.
