recruiting people for modern style rpg

Alright guys this is the post for the game im creating. It will be made in rpg maker xp and I will go into detail about what my plan is for the game.

 

Details: The game is about a boy who had lost his parents three years prier to the game beginning.

he now lives with his sister and goes to highschool. One day he meats a girl who tells him to watch his back and stay on his gard or all hell will break loose. he leaves school grounds only to get hit by a car comming out of the gate. He dies and two beings come and talk to him. one of them is a demon and the other is an angel. the boy is given a choice to be brought back to life he can become an angel or a devil. depending on the choice you make the game will play differently so it is preety much two games in one. now if anyone would like to join the project you can get ahold of me through email or you can reply to this thread. It may not have been clear before, because its hidden away in the forum description, but you are supposed to create a project thread first and then link to it in your recruitment thread.

Are you new to RPG Maker? If so I recommend you revise your 'two game' idea. Its great in concept but it incredibly difficult to keep track of. In a failed project of mine, there was the 'two game' idea and 'gender choice' which felt like making 4 games in one.

Its not that hard, you just have to treat it like a choice based visual novel.

Some scripting helps too.

Well an easy way would be after you choose good or evil just make the good one character and the evil one another and then have the game respond to the party member. It sounds more complicated than it is and is way easier than a two whole different game idea.

 

So is that all you have so far? That is just a quick thought, you really haven't shown us anything to prove the focus and way your game will be heading. Also you shouldn't recruit so very early in your project, you haven't really done much of anything according to your post. and lets say 5/10 people join your team. You just said anyone who uses XP.

 

What I am trying to say in short is that you haven't put enough of your own effort and time into your project to make anyone else really want to join. At least put some more thought into your topic and topic presentation. That alone will go along way.
