ShinkuAura 15 Report post Posted October 4, 2012 The size is 130x 100x. it's not huge but it's really big as you can see i haven't mapped a forest in RPG maker, of course i've seen people do forest maps and they're impressive. in this map i am not trying to make a really really huge forest maps since most players can really get confused. I've seen complicated forest maps on many games. but lets just say it's just the woods. it's not a forest since the forest is more natural. hell i added a river. just comment this map please all feedback is ok. Bob423 52 Report post Posted October 4, 2012 well unfortunately, the map is huge. but the path is simple, so it's not that bad. it's probably detailed enough for RMVX or something, but it's zoomed out pretty far, so it's hard to tell. there's also a lot of "flat lines" try to make these flat parts no more than 3 (preferably 2) it looks more realistic that way. unless you're going for a more pokemon-style look e.g i've circled the places that are too flat.
