In fact, last time I was here I made a "I'm Back Topic," but did not get to stick around; college can get in the way. I know a few ppl in Germany. Who cares who owns the forum? And why do you think its better if a US citizen does? I don't come from Germany, I come from New Zealand. Our servers are physically located in Germany and are managed by Isaac, who I believe is currently in Israel :) And also, there are 7 times more visitors from US than the 2nd most popular country, Canada.
