The site on the kindle fire

Well I've never been on this site on any mobile device, but when I logged on and look at the message area. The whole message part is shoved up on the right side of the screem and it just looks retarted. It does the samething when I try making the window smaller on the PC. Why does it do that.

I'll assume because the site is designed to be proportional to the width of the monitor.

Yeah Tom is right. It's very common in modern websites to have a "responsive" grid that changes for different device widths. It's not really configured to any device other than smart-phone portrait.

 

Do you have any idea what the width of the Kindle Fire is? Or if you just took a screenie of what it looks like on the Kindle, I can fix that up for you.

Actually everything is squeshed together not just messege area and it looks like the screenshot you just took.

Thats about how it looks on my ipod(4th gen) also.

 

Image size is the actual resolution of the ipod.

I usually use my ipod in widescreen mode.

 

Would be nice to be in desktop mode for the site but i didnt see a button for full site. Mobile versions of sites are kind of annoying.
