Recruiting a full team for an RPG

Hello. People call me Hatter. I basically need a adequately sized team full of dedicated, hardworking peeps who want to create a video game.

I want to prove to the world that the video game industry is de-grading by increasing graphics in-game and decreasing the actual gameplay. By doing this, I am starting a small team to create an RPG with SNES or GBA graphics (GBA graphics include "Sword Of Mana", but creating gameplay from games like Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Fable, Dragon Quest, etc.

If you wish to collaborate on this project, please pm me stating you wish to join in on the project and state why. Afterward I will send you an email address in the PM. Send an email with your abilities, age, work schedule, and the best contact information. From there on, I will decide whether you are in or out.

I also will be selling this game through eBay, Amazon, Facebook, and many other websites. The money will be split evenly after each sale.

And before I forget, this project is global so you don't have to be in the USA to join in. Just remember when you list the following on the email to list your country.

The first answer to your epic question is that we are using RPG Maker XP. The second question is we have pretty much any position open. We really need a few spriters so we can show some work on other websites to prove that we are not goofing off.

Do you have a website or something that has more detail? What game are we making, I see you have what type, but what's the setting? Roxanne already answered my next question. I may send you a pm, I just have to see something first.

I would join but... my schedule is full right now with my game (which I'm working on solo) and I don't have XP any more... but I'll keep an eye out on this project and see how it goes.

@bigace: Not at the moment. The website is in construction though. I got someone helping out with that. And as for your second question, the setting is basically everything. It's not just medieval fantasy. In the storyline, there will be portals leading to different eras in time. So, as a conclusion, there might be a portal to the apocalyptic version of new york while another would lead to a medieval england type era. But the main world is medieval so how that will work is still in progress.

Edit: no offensive, but I've had my share of people say they were doing something and then end up disappearing. So thats why I need more information first.

The title of your website gets cut off at the top of the page. Also,  If you're planning on people sending you donations, it would be wise to actually set up a paypal account, as it's easier for someone to donate money that way then through the mail. The story is alright, but does have some grammar issues though. I'll think about as I still have a couple of more scripts to finish, before I think of any thing else.
