Earning Money from created game in rpg maker xp

Yeah, I know i'm not allowed to sell a game made in rpg maker xp, but can I Earn money from it? Because I spent a lot of time to complete the game I made. I'm planning to upload it to the net and sell Golds eg. 10,000G for 0.99 USD just to earn money because i really need it :(

 

I'm planning to add a "Donate" button but i know there;s only 1% chance that people will donate. 

 

And can someone teach me how to create a setup  installer?

Actually you are allowed to sell your game. The RMXP license allows commercial sales.

It does allow commercial licensing, but you need to have paid for it (bought RMXP from them) and any resources (music, graphics, scripts) you used you need to have permission from the original author, which in many cases means you need to buy them too unless the author is offering them freely.

 

Using any licensed music is the easiest way to get your game pulled down and get sued by a big label. And if you think "oh they won't find me" there are tons of scrapped games out there with the proof to tell you they can, and will break you if they find you (legally of course). 

 

So I hope you're totally above board if you want to sell it :D

You can sell your game. But first you need to make your own website or store.

To make installer, you can make your own in C#, C++, VB.Net etc...

 

but you can make installer easily by using Smart Install Maker, Actual Installer, Install Creator

for the free version Inno Setup, Install Forge
