Making a Rpg Maker Vx/Xp Team

My name is Donaven and I am gonna do the Mapping, Story, and Eventing. I've done it for 2 years so I am not a total noob. I know most of what I am doing when it comes especially to Rpg Maker VX.

I've worked alone ever since started using Rpg Maker Vx and Xp and it makes me lose motivation.

I want:

2 more mappers

2 more event designers

2 to 3 Scripters

1 artists (not totally required)

1 Story writer

Now thats out of the way, I will tell you my plans.

I plan on making a team and having a commercial game. Which I came up with an idea that the structure of the story of the game will be devided into episodes like a tv series and will revolve around that one storyline.

If you find it hard to recruit people read this, it'll explain a few things for you.

 

Also when recruiting, you should have a description of the game you plan to make, and a proper game topic for it. No one will be interested if you have nothing prepared.

Pretty sure he's long gone. Dude I got an idea though. He's what I do right. You create a game in this hypothetical games section. You can then list positions avaliable in a team and so ALL the projects looking for people will show up in a single page where peps can look for projects to join. And if people want to keep recruiting, they have to "renew" the position each time, so only people who are active (and serious) will show up.
