madanchi 18 Report post Posted December 20, 2010 necro post ftw but to answer your questiom, extract it. Once runnin, open rpg makerXP .exe, the program then will show you all its files and folders. Then, I'm not so sure, but a folder called 'Icon' contains several other folders named 1-32 - one of them is most likely the icon for rmxp - u can right click replace image but thats all i know Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
