Mapping in rpg maker xp

Alright so I just got a copy of rpg maker xp yesterday and was working with it. I had found some tilesets online from a japanese website that has tilesets that are more modern then the ones in rpg maker xp. I was wandering how most people upload photos? I wanted to do a tutorial on setting up the tileset so the player can interact with the environment correctly. Instead of just stepping over everthing.
