GDU now uses SSL

I know it took us to nearly 2019, but GDU now has an SSL certificate!

I had wanted to get this up for a while, but limitations on my access to the host made it difficult. Turns out that the host has been running free SSL certs for a while now. 

If you're not too familar with SSL, well, it provides a layer of encryption on the website, including any data submitted via forms. 

Please let me know if you spot any pages which pop up with an error (if you notice).
