Improved BBCode Editor for games section, content sections

To coincide with the release of the new Games Section Blogs yesterday, I have updated and improved the BBCode editor throughout the Games Section and various content sections (Scripts and Tutorials).

This is the new design

Other features include:

• Click rather than hover to open dropdown menus (Size, Font + Smilies)
• The toolbar is now at the top, so you rely more on the scrolling of the textbook than increasing the size of it
• Fixed emoticons

It is very important to have a robust BBCode editor throughout the content sections so authors are aware of what can be built with it. I will be adding more BBCode options in the future, and I also plan to create a quick reference system to display all the design BBCodes (there are actually a lot) so it is easier to create content.
