Nope it is a Character Pack. Only Charactersets.

They're mostly the same heads on different bodies.

I bet you could make at least 500 of they using the character maker for xp.

Who made these anyway? I see some by some Japanese creators and such...

 

Or do we not need to credit them (seems harsh though)?
