ACTA isn't really bad or good, it's just handled wrong, like SOPA it intends to stop piracy and censor the web. The way it intends to work though is to have any site that has any reference to a product or business will be shut down, and the owner of the site be charged. Sure to most people ACTA will sound like a horrible thing and in all honesty it can be seen that way, I sure as hell don't support it, but it does have good intentions just not done the way it should be.
