I saw the materia system script and downloaded it to use in my game that I'm working on. I've gotten it to work a few times, however ever since those few times whenever I start a new game or try to load a save it gives me this error:
Script 'Materia System' line 84: NoMethodError occurred.
undefined method '[]' for nil:NilClass
My question is, why would I be getting this error if I'm using the script from this site? I have not modified it in any way. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
