Hello everyone :) I'm here today to request whether or not a certain sort of scrip can be made and if it is possible to request that the script be made :) I wanted to get a script that could compile all the music files into a single secure archive mainly because any objects that a developer puts into the game files is steal-able. Would it be possible for you to convert the code to VX? this system seems a ton more user friendly than that of KGC :) I hate typing in Arrays aswel so this would help to no end :)

I know there are scripts for RMVX that remember BGM and playback from when it stopped, But personally this is one thing I don't have because I have Scores that are repetative but complex at the same time so they don't sound like there being repeated (similar to what professional game designers do), Also there is a script for RMVX called Victory Aftermath which will play a certain song when the battle is won then stop it when battle_scene.end is initiated :)

The game opens up i select statloc.bas, a new loading screen comes up and i leave that open for about 20 - 30 minutes come and take another look at it and the progress is only 1/4 complete, Come back an hour later still at 1/4 what the hell?????

You need to use the new version on XP and VX for them to work on 64 bit mate, They should be release 3.5.6 I think :) I got mine from C-Net :)

I did specify an engine lol its the thread prefix (RMVX) :) And yeah I agree it is a very large scale project and yes it is ambitious but I want the people that buy the game to get value for their money, I hate these large companies that get away with charging £30 - £50 for a game that only takes 3 hours to finish completely, Admittadly there are a few that take a bit longer (Final Fantasy 13 took me 176 hours to finish 100%). Also im useless at making application pages look professional so maybe you could help with that :) Also I need a decent company Logo :) The targeted sales are just a speculation that we will sell 12k games in 6 months, I believe that was a reasonable amount to sell based on its price and size of the game :) for all I know it could sell millions then again it could sell 100, But this is my first commercial project and I have a lot of faith in it :) Plus I have setup a francise account so can also sell game memorabelia and design it aswel from iPad cases to T-Shirts, Mugs and business cards :) that will also count as being part of the profit :)

You may have to run it on XP service pack 3 and run it as Administrator (Thats what I had to do on win 7 84bit).
