My aunt's exhusband commited suicide while she was talking with him for a divorce.they accused her of murdering him,and she got five years in prison for second-degree manslaughter. For those who don't who don't know legalese,manslaugter is accidental killing like hitting someone with your car who clearly ran out in front of you. Though to be honest,there was no reason for her to have gone to jail at all.He was a crazy-drunk.

Some countries punish heavy crimes by execution via electric chairs,lethal injections,guillitines,mc donald's feeding binges,firing squads,hanging,or burning at the stake. Now usually this is for heavy crimes like killing people.However,isn't killing that person the same as them killing others?Murder is murder,right? In the Bible,or just about any religion for that matter,it says somewhere:"Thou Shalt Not Kill." (Course in the Bible,like two paragraphs down it also says:"An eye for an eye.") Executions are generally performed by police or the military,but what is the difference between them executing a condemnded man and a group of vigilantees executing him. What gives them the "permission" to end that man's life? Does the government give certain people the "divine right" to kill people? Alternatively,if we did not practice execution,then those said individuals basically live out the rest of their lives with free room and board. Be it in a building filled with other butt-raping psychopathes,but still.

I keep getting weird errors,it says to "contact an administrator" one time it even said"file was too big." its only an 11MB game. I checked it out. I compressed it with winrar and even converted my screen shot to three different file types. It acts like its loading for 10 minutes and it takes me back to the home page. I go to see if it loaded,nothing changed. I told Mark about this problem a few monthes ago. Other people have been able to upload their games,but it just doesn't work when I try it. Okay,the basic game play. Elincia's power fluxuates depending on her mood. At the moment,she has three moods and three transformations,each combination giving her different stat boosts. Her three moods are Timid,Calm,and Happy. Certain events and items(food mostly)can greatly affect her mood. This game takes place exactly 100 years after Lorana and Priscilla are killed in Ishtar Chronicles 2. In Ishtar,There is a prophecy,that when the Angel of Miracles and the Angel of Disasters are both slain, The End of Days will begin... The Messiah will appear and fill the world with holy bliss...or blow it up into millions and billions of tiny dust particles. Along with the Messiah,there will come twelve angels of destruction bent on killing the Messiah. Anyway,the story is about Elincia,the Messiah. Elincia has absolute power over all living things. She can kill everyone around her by telling them to die,or she bring back to life everyone in a cemetary by telling them to live. However,she has no idea how powerful she is because her powers are controlled by her state of mind. For example,if she sees a boy fall down and scrapes his knee then she knows if she falls down the same way, she'll scrape her knee,too. Or if most of the people in the room have a cold, she'll get one too just because subconsciously,she thinks she's susposed to. Also,weapons can't hurt her unless she knows they're susposed to. If she's shot by a gun without knowing what a gun is,the bullets will bounce right off. Another one of her powers is the All-Seeing-Eyes. She can recognize someone,no matter if their wearing a skii mask and sun glasses,a full halloween costume,or even if they've swapped souls with someone. She will know. She can also tell if someone is lying to her. The story starts off with Elincia on her way home from school when she is stopped by a creepy looking old man. The old man tells her that she is a super hero destined to save the world from anihilation, and he hands her a plastic,toy wand and tells her that if she waved it in the air and recited some magic words, she would turn into a super hero with super strength,agility and awesome magic powers. By now,Elincia knows when a person is lying to her face,but since technically,the old man isn't lying,she believes him. He doesn't tell her that she's already pretty much a super hero,and she doesn't even need a wand or a special costume to use magic.

magic knight rayearth wouldve made a great game. they did make a game for it but few people actually saw it because it was for Sega Saturn. It was made after the S.S. sank(haha made a funny). Anyway,they DID finish out of their own pocket. It had a ton of pictures,but not much else gameplay wise.

People got involved in Final Destiny. We had over 2000 replys. Well,sure 1/2 of them were probably mine... I just wanted feed back on which battle system to use before I could get really serious on making it. I had the character and battler sprites made and most of the story worked out. Most of the really good games take much longer than four monthes to make,you know? It's not like we're losing money or anything if we prolong the project a little bit more. I'll submit what I have on Final Destiny,if you want to keep going with it. Or,I can finish it myself,and we could start a sequel if you want? Since Final Destiny was my project to begin with,and it is the origin point of all my games. If anyone actually played my games,they're all about King Ryan of Thessa,the Final Destiny Sword,and The Great Dragon.

it does require some skill though (and steroids)... Bare in mind,people actually die wrestling. I can't remember his name,but one guy died trying to enter the ring by gliding down on a rope wire.

I just can't get into making a game based off someone elses copy-righted ideas,or making a sequel to a game that wasn't good enough to deserve one. There are plenty of better RPG's on Playstation to choose from: the Final fantasy series,the Wild Arms series,Legend of Dragoon,Chrono Cross/Trigger. Or we could use an anime and make a good video game from that.Most animes have horrible video games to them or don't have one at all,or their Japanese only and we'll never see them. I've been wanted to make a Code Geass game for a while,one of those Fire Emblem-style,strategy games.

I've always wondered wether wrestling was considered a sport. Most wresting is completely fake including the horrible acting and dialogue. Though,it does involve atheletics.It's surprisingly harder to "pretend" punch someone than to really do it. Any thoughts?

I still say we should have a new poll on new projects. I personally love the idea of the entire forum working together on a single project. I think what happened with Final Destiny was most people lost interest. It think it'd be better to just pick a new project entirely from new idea submissions. We could make it like one of those campfire stories. Where you start by telling a story,then pass a stick to someone and they continue the story,and then it builds from there.

the problem is that they did try to have it at 18. the death toll sky rocketed from drunk driving accidents involving 18-21-year-olds. so, they raised back to 21. For a while they tried to out-law alcohol completely during the 1920s but that gave birth to Speak Easys and organized crime. It's easier to break a law than an addiction.

shouldnt we have a new voting poll? suggest new ideas for games? To be honest, Quest 64 wasn't that good,it was fun,but...eh. I like working on original game ideas,not remakes,emulators,etc. Besides,out of 32 votes,only 5 people actually liked this idea.

i think the drinking age should be lowered back to 18.(yes,it was 18 before) if you are mature enough to choose our next president,and serve in the military, your old enough to get wasted on a bar stool.

CHOOSE A BATTLE SYSTEM!!! We never even decided on a battle system,did we? Okay, I picked two completely different types that I liked best.The type of battle system obviously effects the gameplay and maybe the storyline significantly. Type 1 is limited to a 4 person group and has animated battlers instead of boring pictures. Not a lot of scripting just a lot of drawing. Type 2 is Fire Emblem style with unlimited characters per battle,but involves a TON of scripting! ...and even I don't fully understand how it works yet.Plus the battles have to be hand-made for each fight. Sooo it's NOT for a random battle-type game.Requires no addtional pictures cause it can use the map screen sprites.

Ok I was thinking we could make the game with a lot of characters,like Fire Emblem or Chrono Cross. Have an entire army of followers for Ryan's group to fight the dragon. If anyone wants to add their own personal character,here's the format: (Note: All characters should be original and not copy-righted trade marks!) Elemental Attribute: Fire, Water, Wind, Thunder, Light, Dark Classes: Rank 1 -> Rank 2 (Note: We can't have too many characters that start off Rank 2,as they are a lot more powerful than Rank 1.) Swordman -> Sword Master Lancer -> Halberder Axeman -> Berserker Acolyte -> Monk Cleric -> Priest Archer -> Sniper Gunner -> Heavy Arms Master Mage -> Wizard Thief -> Rogue Hitman -> Assassin Ninja(Rank 2 only) *NO Naruto!!!* Bard -> Minstrel Dancer -> Gypsy All characters need at least 3 pictures: Character sprites,Portrait,and full picture,and a tidbit of information describing the character. (Example) Mimi -Fire;Swordman. Mimi is a young girl from a small village that was ravaged by the Great Dragon. To avenge her parents' deaths,she joins Ryan's group on their quest to slay Fianna.
