Hello i need help with 1. how do i get a monster to chase me and when it reaches me i get game over 2. how do i get the monster to deal me damage but so little that it takes 3 hits before game over. please help me

PLEASE HELP ME!!!! in my game i wanna make a small map but it says it cant go under 15 in height. is there anyway i can get the height of my map to 8 instead of 15 PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
