Well, all the other forums didn't help me much, or just plain ignored me. Well, seeing how this is the only place where I don't get ignored and people actually try to help...figured I'll ask here. First off, WarioWare: DIY (Do it Yourself) is a DS "game" where you make the microgames, the music for them and everything. I didn't make much, some of the graphics that you can find online I'm wanting to use. Obviously you can't just take the pic and put it in here, you have to do it manually...same goes for the music.
The music part...I've looked up sheet music for random video game music I like though I can't really look at it and "transfer" it onto DIY. (the music making program is similar to Mario Paint, think of it as its own MIDI program) I've tried getting help but all they do is give me sheet music sites even though I've already stated that problem. Wish there were some sort of site that shows you a pic or something that tells you what to put where and all that to create the music, there has to be. Or at least an easier way to read sheet music to put it in DIY...
The graphics, well...I dunno about you people but a while back when Mario Kart DS came out there was a program that takes a small pic (like my avi for instance. XD) and "pixelizes" it to be put in the game as an Emblem for WiFi matches. Meaning you manually put in the colored pixels in the emblem maker to get the image. When I asked for help on this they seemed like they had no clue what I was talking about...which I don't get why, lol. Anyways I was hoping to fin a similar program for DIY, since the size restraints and all that stuff aren't as small as MKDS.
Hopefully someone here can help, would love to make some more microgames that don't use premade graphics or music for once. >_> (that and my music making skills are horrid. XD)
