I find it hard to disagree with you most of the time. ^.^" Pretty much all of that is just criticism, though a little harsh. However that last one is a bit too far. Though it may be that the word "shit" was used as a replacement for stuff, which would make sense in that context if you think about, but thats going to far. And its way to easy to take offense from that. Had I seen that I would have gotten angry.

I think the best way to deliver high quality constructive criticism is focusing on detailing what the person can to better to improve, not pointing out the bad things. And mentioning anything that is good about the project is always a great idea because it is encouraging. There is no need to lie about something to make someone feel good. But there is no reason either to be mean about it. Think about their level with RMXP, and judge based on that. A game that's terrible for someone who has been RMXPing for two years could be really good for someone who just started.

With the plants growing, I can think of several ways to approach it. You could use the amount of game time to make the plants grow, or you could make it so that when the player enters or exits a map, one "time point" is increased, and the plants grow more with each time point gained. As for the TV Channels, I'm not sure what you hope to accomplish. Be a bit more specific? TV in a game seems a bit odd. First step is to make the picture: This looks ridiculous and silly, but I just did it in a few seconds. Obviously you want something better than that. xD Now import your picture with the resource manager, and go to the map you want it to show up on. On that map, make a new event anywhere set to parallel process. Use the Show picture event command and display it at the bottom-left corner at a very low opacity. The next command will be a Move Picture command. (Make sure the Picture ID is the same as the SHow picture command) In that command, change the position to a few centimeters up and right, and change the opacity to 255. Now play with the frames (Which is the time it takes for the picture to move and increase in opacity). You won't want it to show up really fast. Hit OK, and add a Self Switch event command and turnon self switch A. Then make a new event page in that event, and make the condition that Self switch A is on. Now Play test it to see if the positioning and frame amount is how you want it. Play around with it 'till it works perfectly. When you like it, go back into the first page of the event. Delete the self switch command. Now add a Wait command and enter something like 60 or so frames. Add another Move Picture command and change the X and Y again to be even higher and to the right. And lower the opacity to 0. Make the frame amount the same as the first Move Picture command. After that, add an erase picture command, and the turn on self switch A again. I wrote this in a hurry so I'm not positive its good, but try it. xD I haven't used RMXP in a while, so Im kinda rusty. You may need to add a wait command that is equal to the amount of frames in the move picture in-between the Erase Picture command and the last Move Picture command.

Look man, on this site, we (the staff) try as hard as we can (though it seems like we aren't doing a very good job lately) to keep things cheerful. People fighting isn't something we want, so whenever the occasion arises where we see something that might cause a fight, we try to eradicate it. Every time Mark has warned you has been for good reason: either for directly breaking the rules or posting something that is not suitable for the site. We're not picking on you mean, really. I love to have more people on the site to talk to and share conversations with. And I apologize if you feel that we have not delivered a good community. I can own up to being wrong, or biased or whatever else it is that causes you to have no respect in me or the rest of the staff. But I'd like you to tell me what that is. And in a mature way. (I'm not calling you immature, I'm just saying we need to act like adults if we want to make any sort of peace) You asked Marked why he warned you voicing your opinion. That is not what he did at all. He warned you for flaming; simple as that. He doesn't like warning people or being the big bad mean mr. admin, none of us do. Its our job to keep this place free of stuff like that. There isn't an excuse for breaking a rule. How can you disrespect Mark for enforcing the rules? Isaac is a very likable person, so naturally you'd have respect for him. But to say he's the only person on the staff you respect in a way like that is quite offensive to the staff. Yes, you have your opinion, and there is nothing unfair about that. But like I mentioned earlier, there's no excuse for breaking a rule. As for the flame war last year and that topic: What about it? That was something that ended very well believe it or not. We all learned something. And the user Knuckles is one of my favorite users, because he really wanted to help the site, and because he is so mature about the way he provided feedback, and pretty much everything else he posts. Way more than some of the rest of us. Including myself. I'm not even going to go over daring Marked to ban you. Surely you can see that that's a bit silly. Marked doesn't want to ban you. He wants you and everyone else on the forums to be nice. Your posts are all very well written no matter what the content, so you are a valuable member to us. I know that I value free speech almost more than anything. Its why I love being a citizen of the United States. But RMXP Unlimited is not the U.S. It doesn't go by our constitution or by our laws, views or morals. It goes by Marked. If Marked were to ban you, it wouldn't be because he doesn't value free speech. It would be because he feels that you cause a problem here, or some other reason. I sure do hope we can resolve this issue as it hurts me that you don't have respect for the staff and this site as a whole.

True, so the only reason would be if someone took offense from it. I'll talk to Polraudio about it, but in the meantime I think it would be best if we all had puppies in our avatars..

As Isaac stated it is of course understandable why you would want to use that avatar to express yourself without the intention of harm towards anyone else. But everyone sees things differently. You don't have to get mad at Polraudio, he's only trying to keep the peace.
