No there have been a few around here where members and some staff decided to involve themselves in such acts of spam. Opinion One must remember that the rudest thing is using your OPINION to attain your point in an argument or a general more logical situation on a community such as this, voicing your opinion about something. This is not to say you shouldn't or can't, but remember such things as... ...are clear signs of spam and the above doesn't cover the many other forms of spam. NUMBER 1 This follows into that old saying, "if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all," category. If you think something that someone created: sprite, script, project idea, etc you have no reason or cause to tell them that they suck or its a shitty idea. You need to explain politely why you think what it is you think. So if you read a topic for a game project and think its a shitty idea, complete dog $h!t. Before you go posting that you need to REREAD or EVALUATE what it is you want to say with out coming off as an a$$ hole. So for example: Jack53--- Gave his opinion in the form of a smiley face, thus it lacks information and details that the poster might have needed. tommy lee23--- is just being rude and if Guy23 is a new member this will make him rethink about joining the forum if members are like this. King of Forums--- did not tell him his idea was bad. He gave him his thought, but he kept it polite and to the point. NUMBER 2 This is a hard one, as it could be taken as spam or general information a person may need to know. But remember we as PEOPLE perceive things in different ways. So the member may take it as you being an a$$ instead of just voicing your opinion. Perhaps he should have said, "Members Name, I already posted that link, your a little slow." NUMBER 3 Do I need to explain this one? It should be known that smileys when used by themselves are spam and nothing more. Regardless if they can convey what you where thinking at the time. We all have an opinion and it's best to think before you completely speak. v/r Kage Kazumi

Are comedy movies trying too hard?
Noob Saibot replied to FranklinX's topic in Entertainment & Media
I doubt this only because each person has an opinion so where a few think it's no good there are the same or more that think the opposite. This is the ultimate issue with debating such a topic, you have no hard facts except the opinion of others which in the end is not fact at all and just an opinion. So are comedies doing a horrible job? No because some would agree on many movies being good and some would believe the opposite. -
Exactly what do you mean, your question in general could be answered in various ways for various reasons. Do you simply want to know the function of this place as a site and community or do you need technical assistance with using something on the site?

To be honest it just looks and sounds as if they tried to hard.

Is this a request? I can't quite tell.

Scott Pilgrim vs. the World seems funny to me. People thought Kick A$$ was going to be bad and it was good. -
You can use Google. I did and it made plenty of sense to me. http://www.google.com/language_tools?hl=en

Plus if you look at FF history, they change the games on purpose, it is what makes a FF game a FF game. And to be honest I have never played a FF game that had a bad story. Not to mention people now-a-days expect a good game with graphics and gameplay so most companies have to keep up with this demand. And Squire Enix has stayed true to it's roots, because if they diden't then their RPGs would lack an engaging story.

I think this is for actual remakes we would like to see not fan game remakes.
-
Any way did you find any good sprites for your game? If you need FF ones there are tons out there, just let us know.

cortash55 I must appligize for our MOD doing what he is suppose to prevent others from doing.
-
I need to buy that and 7. I heard they where good, but I have only played 8 and up.
-
I'll see if I can find other SWP, probably wont be as good, but there are a few.
-
Well this depends. For me if it was watching the show I would pick Digimon. If where talking Video Games I would go with Pokemon. Card games, though not in the list I would go with Yu-Gi-Oh.
-
In a small way it is funny, but wrong. However it's not that funny to deserve a LoL...
-
I was just curious as to how you did your work, that's all.
-
Why not make your own?
-
I would assume that in truth it couldn't be done. I mean if I make a game and I'm at 70% completion and decide to make a demo by copy and pasting stuff from one to the other or editing the current game to work as only a demo. Then well the copied and paste method would not work because they lack all files that the full game would have. On the other hand if I simply added a few extra events to take my 70% game and turn it in to a demo then once I delete those events I don't need in the game the demo save would be come useless.

No need to be harsh Captain Crunch.

I don't think they did. I searched youtube and google and found nothing.

I must report this topic for having naked images in it...put some clothes on them. :haha:
