  1. No problem. I'm a warm kinda guy. Real friendly, and what-not. A little stupid sometimes, but friendly. Enjoy yourself.
  2. How often do you get lied to that you'd stipulate honesty as a prerequisite for assistance? Don't answer that, I'm just thinking in text. Welcomes to you! I'm the board weirdo; just ask anybody and they'll agree. If you need help, just ask. None of us have any reason to not be honest. (Except for that Jimmy guy, he's a little shady.) Well, enjoy the board and have fun! -Jimmy
  3. Potentially, yes. This discussion is ill-placed here, however. We're off-topic. (As per usual where I am involved)
  4. I dunno. "Great franchise," or perhaps "Well, you can't screw up the continuity of the series anymore than the company already has." That's what I'd say anyway. Don't get me wrong, I love Suikoden very much. But you've gotta admit; 4 was the worst idea since Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest. I don't care how great it looks on paper, in execution it makes me weep tears of frustrated indignation. I apologize for my continued off-topic rambling.
  5. I remember you from Creative Asylum. You warned me against doing a Suikoden fan-game. A moment in my life that my eidetic memory decides to drag up every single time I see your name. But I digress. Welcome to the place, mind your step, and stay away from the armies of living laundry. They tend to eat anyone that smells of art.
  6. Yeppers. I'm already there plotting my next series of unrequited demands and hopelessly positive assessments of various genres nobody but me really cares for.
  7. Off topic? Me? Never!! ...I'm just spamming now, I'm sorry.
  8. Oooooooooh, that's just low! Giving away my pretzels in retaliation. You realize, of course, that this means war... Ehm, I can write the easy stuff....
  9. I see Ash made your list. Good choice. Nippon Ichi rules over all.
  10. I'm tri-lingual. I speak English, Japanese and enough Italian to really tick off my uncle Tony. Picture Danny Devito with more body hair and a worse mouth, and you've got the perfect picture of good ol' Tony. Keep in mind, though, that's speak not write. I know the words, not the letters. Welcome to the forum. Just bear in mind that I'm barely responsible for anything that I post, on account of severe sleep deprivation and the magical goodness of Red Bull, which gives you wings. With that in mind, if you ever don't understand something I say, don't worry your pretty little head about it. Just ignore me like everyone else does. Enjoy your time here, and feel free to partake of Ryan's candy. (He loves it when people take his goodies stash.)
  11. Hurry! I have ideas I must express in a dry and analytical tone far out of keeping with my more accustomed sarcasm you've all grown to love! The need burns through my veins with the intensity of a thousand radioactive super-heroines! Do not deny my veins, for they compel me! And, seriously, that's like the only forum I hang out at that is still running.
  12. I, as well, cannot access the forum due to the debilitating effects of the account suspend-ige.
  13. Yeah, we could do a standard RPG, and then do an MMO sequel. That'd probably work pretty well. And I am always available, so just say when and I can start working.
  14. Well that's just not fair. Eating a man's pretzels... You have a point about the MMO bringing in more people, I was just thinking it would be a lot harder to do, is all.
  15. Right, sorry. Should have said in the topic. At the moment, because this is still in early design stages, I'm mostly looking for Writers, Artists, and Scripters with moderate to advanced experience in RMXP. I'm also in particular need of an artist who can either draw professional grade anime art, or can photoshop my line-art.
  16. I am currently hiring on some unpaid, but very appreciated help for my newest project. Regrettably, I cannot divulge too much information, because that would spoil things and anger the armies of living laundry. I can tell you that it is planned to be a Strategy Role-Playing Game set in a fictional pseudo-Japanese city that acts as the hub between the humans and all of the supernatural world - though most humans don't realize it. The (unfinished) story, such as it is, follows the adventures of a young transfer student to one of the city's schools. The game-play itself is divided into two modes; Combat and School Life. In School Life mode you wander around the world in a typical RPG manner, doing the sort of things most teen-agers do; you play sports, attend classes, hang out at the arcade, get a part-time job, ect. Most activities launch mini-games, the completion of which will increase your statistics, grant you new skills, or earn you money, among other things. On top of that, it will be possible to interact with dozens of NPCs, even recruiting almost any NPC that has a portrait. Combat mode is played out much like combat in any other SRPG, taking place on a specially prepared map, with each unit given an opportunity to move and attack. Each character in the game will have a unique sprite and battle animations. That pretty much sums up all of the information I can give at this point. If you are interested in joining the team for this project, PM me or post here. Thanks; ,,\/, --Jimmy
  17. I'm a ninja He-Man Master of the Universe with writing and eventing, and I'm an insomniac free-lance author, so I've loads of time on my grubby, stubby paws. If this gets back up upon it's geriatric feet, I'd be more than willing to lend a shoulder to the cause, in addition to the all-consuming project I needs must complete. So, yeah, I'd help. I'm ambivalent toward the whole idea, considering how it went last time, but I'm nothing if not excitable. Though I don't think MMO would be quite the way to go. Just me talking. Disregard it as you see fit. Nothing important. Where did I put those pretzels?
  18. Well that's a painfully short greeting. Care to expand on that? For instance: who are you? What do you do? Are you here to steal my delicious pretzels of goodness? And if so, who sent you? Perhaps I should take a moment to expound upon the uncertainty principle. It works like this: if you put a cat in a soundproof box how can you tell if the cat is alive or dead without peeking? How this relates to you is as thus: How do I know who you are if you don't tell me?
  19. I like how after I showed up, more and more people started filtering back. That's nice. ;) Welcome back, by the by.
  20. No, I never learned how to do photo shopping. Art's just something I do to distract myself, calm down, clear my head. I like the moogle too. My girlfriend wanted to go as a moogle to a cosplay convention, so I sketched out some possible costumes. This is the one I liked best. I actually stared at a moogle for ten minutes before I drew it. Notice her hair makes the outline of a moogle's head?

    The Spam forum

AND JUSTICE FER ALLZ!!!!111!!ONE ...Sorry, I get excitable. I think the Spam forum is just somewhere to post random crap that has nothing to do with anything. Oh, yeah, and it's a place to practice ASCII art.
  22. Wait a minute here DD. Don't spam in the spam forum? Fat chance.
  23. I'm Demondaze aka Supreme Overlord of the Sock Realm! But most people call me Daze, unless you're Dark Dragon. Then you call me "Dazerz". But I digress. Welcome to RMXP Unlimited, pull up a chair and take a load off! But if Leon offers you cookies, don't take them. Overlord of RMXPUnlimited he may be, a baker he ain't. And Arbiter... not to be trusted. Reminds me of the Robotnik fellow who stole the first place ribbon in our eighth grade science fair. Nefarious, he was. One of those mustache twirlers. Oh well. Can't be the same fellow.
  24. I have loads of free time, but because of my newest project, that free time is shrinking exponentially into the distance. I feel like Christopher Columbus when he proved that the moon is square by falling off one edge and landing flat on his back on the other side. Or something.
