Thats the only thing that i found that works. You can always use a dvd recorder then rip the dvd with a dvd ripper and edit the video in Movie Maker. You can also use a cam camcorder. Im not sure how a TV Turner card would work.

Try looking up a little thing called Easycap. http://www.amazon.com/Easycap-USB-Video-Capture-Adapter/dp/B001BWU8US Theres different ones depending on what your recording so do some research. That was just an example.

Yup. Been using linux like crazy. Got it to work on every version of ubuntu with no problem. Just the sound dont always work but its different fir every computer. Use Wine 1.2 then install RMXP and wala it works. VX works also. With Wine you can emulate windows programs and about 50% of the time they will work and theres a 50% chance in getting it to work if it dont right away. If you need any help with Ubuntu add me on MSN or anyway that works for you.

Never had this problem before and i only use firefox. What add-ons do you have?(Take a screen shot of plugins and extensions) Try reinstalling firefox.

Actually Spybot works great its not a joke, its used by computer technicians all over the place like myself. You should be able to remove your problem by using spybot and malwarebytes after they been updated. Restart into safe mode after updating them then disable internet and do a full scan.
