Well then, I change my mind. I voted for Download Manager. :P The thing is I certainly don't want the site to have high bandwidth so I can never get on it. Keeping in my mind though, that some people join just to get the downloads, ... what if you deleted inactive accounts... ok well I know that might be hard for a big site like this one, but maybe you have some VERY trustworthy staff members that could help. What if you made downloads free to guests, that way anyone who joins will be one who intends to use the forums.
