  1. I think he means the color of the tilesets...? Maybe? :P @Lucas: Don't worry! You're not alone, I can't place them right either :>
  2. I'm sure we can post them around as long as whoever is using them credits the site :) Thanks for the site, Marked!
  3. Has anyone tried DigimonBattle? Its been released for the English audience for a while now and I find it really fun, especially if you have people to play with. But, my friends assure me Digmon Masters is even better. and judging by trailers, it looks amazing. Well, recently, Wemade announced they will be making the English version of Digimon Masters. I cannot wait to play this one as well. I'm happy Digimon is finally getting some new games and some new fans, it deserves it. I personally like Battle more because of the Digimon starters they give you, but Masters looks better because you can get more Digimon BUT you need to do very hard steps to get those Digimon. Anyway, if anyone haven't tried it yet and you're a fan of the Great Digimon, you should check it out here: http://digimonbattle.wemade.net/main/main.asp If you sign up, can't wait to here what you guys think! Its completely free (unless you wanna buy things) as well! And if you need any help for installation or something, I can help! :3 The only news for English Masters is that we'll see something early this year, 2011. I can't wait!
  4. Thanks Kiriashi! I hope I got the characters well. My reviewers say I do, but I hope I'm not too off. :sweatdrop:
  5. @Kiriashi: That looks delicious! xD I eat all sorts of foods; Mexican, Chinese, Korean, Italian...things like that. Anything that's healthy I'll eat! But I have to say recently, my favorite food is fried rice with peas, eggs, water-chestnuts and onions. Its very good! xD
  6. Thanks for posting, Midnight! If you have any more sites or find any, this thread would very much benefit from your find/s! :3
  7. You should post the link in the Ultimate Resource Thread so people gathering to that, can see this awesome site :33
  8. Well there wouldn't have to be a rush, of course. I certainly wouldn't want to take all your time up. :P I like it. When uploading a tile, if you do this, you should make it force the uploader to add tags, for the sake of keeping it organized. :D
  9. Oh wow, thanks! The worldmap tileset there is pretty nice! :33
  10. I don't know how to explain it. >.< I'll try though: when I said "cartoon" it really means more "mature looking". When I said "anime" I mean more "childish looking" (aka Chibi).
  11. I didn't reply because I just got on! :3 I think its worth it! I think it would be very useful, especially for people who can't seem to place it right. :sweatdrop:
  12. I was going to nominate Midnight as well, but I also wanted to nominate RATED-RKOFRANKLIN. He's very active, nice to everyone and he contributes to the gallery and posts in almost if not all, project threads to help and give feedback. :)
  13. Oh... Now I feel dumb 'cause this was in spam xD
  14. Well Nisage, you don't really have to say its him. You could just view the tapes and if someone stole them, the video will show who did it. That way, you don't have to falsely accuse someone. :) Do you remember who was the last to touch the cards besides yourself? EDIT: Oh, you came to a decision. Okay then! Good luck, Nisage! Hope you get your cards back! :)
  15. This doesn't really mean it failed, more like not loading. How long as it been like it now? Sometimes it could load for a long time.
  16. There's even a script that allows you to build a map in a graphics program and then just import the image. :P I think they all have their ups and downs. VX is really fun to use and I would make a cute little story out of it, but I always feel like XP can handle more of an important, mature story line. :biggrin_002:
  17. As someone who can understand how it is, I can only tell you you should see the tapes. Thievery is thievery, no matter what was stolen (cardboard or no cardboard) lol My sister has collected that same cardgame since the show came out. She has really, really, really rare cards and if someone stole them, I would want to press charges and I know she would. The collection is worth 500+ dollars. I say you should do whatever you can to find out what happened to them. Do no let a possible thief get away with stealing. :) The problem is someone stole from him....
  18. That's true...the battlers look really bad in XP. xD I suppose they each have their pros and cons?
  19. This is what I think about the graphical differences. :) RMXP is more "cartoony" in a sense, while VX takes on more of an anime feel. XP is cartoony because its resources are tall, wide, more detailed. VX is anime like because its small, short, brighter and less detailed. Anime is mostly chibi'd anyways, as opposed to cartoony look of let's say, American cartoons. If that makes sense...Cartoony isn't necessarily a bad thing, especially in the case of XP :P Or at least that's how I see it. xD
  20. There is also the SwapTile option for VX, or the new German created map creation script, but as for as the software goes, its too limited and square. It wouldn't be so bad if they made is so you could have multiply tilesets, or bigger ones. >.> But surprisingly, there are a lot of RMVX games out there. So I wouldn't not test a game or read it or anything because its a VX game. I just prefer XP :P
  21. Some of those were really funny xD
  22. Deleted; sorry for the emptiness guys.
  23. In Mapping through the software, VX cannot replicate the detailed maps RMXP could. There is the option of parallel mapping which means to create a map in a graphics program and then put it into the game as an image and put blank spots over the sections of the image where the character isn't allowed to walk. So the mapping is completely different, and that's the biggest reason I didn't like it. I could get use to the Chibis as they aren't that bad (reminds me of a DS game xD), but the mapping was extremely limited.
  24. I picked XP because it was harder to use and meant that I was actually trying to learn how to use the software. I also picked it for the more detailed graphics, but that's besides the point lol I agree with you. A lot of people use it, but it seems to easy and less...um, "full" than XP? If that makes sense...? I have bought both softwares and used them both and felt like RMVX was too simple and it did less than XP. But I'm always told its "better" than XP, but I don't really see how. :sweatdrop:
