Hm, Wine worked so well for me when I was on Linux. I even helped moderators from time to time lol Windows is like having a three year old, one you have to hold the hand to every time it gets scared (from a virus) and sooth it when it's having a malfunction. Linux is like the proud lion, well, more like the brave penguin that journeys across the endless seas of viruses, shielding himself with his wings and being smart enough to try. lol You suck windows and I can't believe you've made so much money on your crap. People only use it cause of the games it can play > Oblivion and Star Wars.

Did you solve your problem? If you didn't, when you changed the words, did you push the button "Apply"? If you didn't I don't think it will show your changes until than. I hope this helped if need be. That's all I got and I'm just getting started into learning scripting lol Well, cheers.

I hate the word too. But it's the only word others can really relate to being "new" at something. When they (I've called myself it three times so dumb people wouldn't have to correct me and say "your a newb or however you spell it). I think it's disrespectful and hurtful. I was reading some new threads on another forum, when I spotted one I thought I could help on. I clicked it and a mod was disrespecting the poor 13 year old boy. The boy asked for respect and the mod said he didn't give respect to newbs who can't read the F'ing help file that comes with the RPG maker (side note, the kid stated it didn't come with one, but the mod refused to read THAT part) He made the kid leave and than he removed the kid's account. I was so close to posting something there, just to shut the guy up, but I didn't because fighting doesn't solve anything. Anyway, how does anyone ever get good at something without being a "newb". I don't think they thought about that, because they are dumb people. It's a little okay when you're playing around with friends or people you know, like saying this to your brother who just lost on a Mario game. "Hehe, you're so a newb. Want me to help you a little?" in a teasing voice it's okay, but you can't tease or play around on the internet because you can't hear their voice. Only when you get to know someone, only than do you know if they are playing around. Now, since I'm home-schooled, I've never had the unfortunate event of hearing someone else call some kid a newb, or I would have to explain my theory about being new at something. Well, that's all...wow, this was a big rant. Wyzrd, you seem very smart and understanding person if you've posted a thread like this. You rock.

With Linux, I can say I never had a virus, unless you go searching for the ultimate virus known to man, but I never once had to clean my system from anything like that. Had to on Vista lots of times. I haven't tried Mac *sigh* I bet its better than windows.
