Help on two scripts!

And I'm pretty good at script understand almost anything, please understand that if I had someone do this and get what I'm really wanting to help me. 

 

This "XS - Journal" script, which is in this link below.

I really need to script that has two menu option for me may enter any time I want to see. 

 

EX: 

On the menu if I like the Journal and other Book menu when I put this script appears up. 

With that I could enter it and look whenever I want to be. 

 

These two script only calls for script can see the menu I did not want it to be so by calling the script, and I really want to have menus.
