Polraudio 122 Report post Posted January 23, 2009 Time to kick off this section with a little problem im having. I have a very comfy bed and i seem to be tossing and turning and even waking up every 10min. And its ticking me off cause i never get good sleep. This has been going on for the past few months. Any ideas on how i can sleep longer than 10min at a time?
Leon 55 Report post Posted January 23, 2009 Candy is Dandy, but liquor is quicker. Truth in these words. Try a glass of wine before bed. It will work wonders. If you aren't old enough for that, then attempt NyQuil
Marked 197 Report post Posted January 23, 2009 Do spend a lot of time on the computer or in front of a screen before you go to bed? That may have an effect on your sleeping.
Wyzrd 12 Report post Posted January 23, 2009 I used to have problems like this. Had to go to the doctor and get this pill I took an hour before I went to sleep and for that next hour I just had to chill then go to bed and it helped. After about a month I was good to sleep on my own.

Nisage 31 Report post Posted January 23, 2009 Has anything new happened recently, like a project that's do very soon? Sometimes being stressful can stop you from sleeping right, since you're worrying it makes you toss and turn. Either that or you still have some energy left that you can't sleep, try doing some exercise to make you tired. I ride a bike for about an hour or two, or you could try jogging. Try and make sure that you are, as I would say "drained of energy" (or tired out) whichever one works for you.

Wyzrd 12 Report post Posted January 24, 2009 I'm not sure the name of the pill because it was only a sample, they were still trying it out. So I was kind of a experiment for the doctor. :( If only you knew the other things they experimented on me.
Kadski 0 Report post Posted February 3, 2009 Try Melatonin pills (Melatonin is the sleep hormone), it's a chemical naturally made in your body so you can't get addicted. It just boosts the melatonin to help you sleep easier. It's also over the counter.

It just boosts the melatonin to help you sleep easier. It's also over the counter. Sounds like it might work, but i tried Marked's method and its starting to work for me.
