XP I need a bit of help

I kept getting different question popping up as a slowly work on

my first by product of FourAcesInc.

This Post isn't to tell about my game or anything that will come later...lol at this rate much later

 

I am new to the forum thing but it seem to me common since would dictate people will get mad if every single question I have I just keep sticking up new threads so....

 

I am going to try and organize all my questions ideas rants and resources into a easier solo post.

 

Firstly, I use to have a whole Sh-t load of templates

different poses and what not for RTP styles and HK style sprites

But I have lost them do to moving and other issues

 

I just want to be able to have an aray of things to work with and the resources that I did have I can't seem to find anywhere now.

 

My second issue is a script that use to be used quite frequently

but again not somthing I can find now. It was a message script, or rather a text script that aloud pictures of characters and different text options when dealing with dialogue. Anything in the general direction of a clean side by side picture and fitted text with option to skip dialogue and what not. (god I hope that made some sense)

 

I hope this is the proper method of asking questions.

As for everything else, I suggest you do make different topics for your different topics. This way other people that need help like you can just read those topics, and everything will be more organized. At least that's how I think you should it.

if you are looking for a large array of resources. Your best option is to browse as many RMXP forums as you can find! just make sure to remember to credit the resource makers and script makers!

 

here is a few sites to get you started:

OH!! and also.. if the site has a gallery check it.. but if it has a forum.. CHECK IT! 9/10 there will be a resource subsection in the forum where people will post "workshops" and "incompletes" and what have you. sometime people start making sprites and then quit making half way through and sometimes they will allow you to finish the sprite and take credit for the work as long as they get a mention lol

 

so yeah back to a few sites to get you started: lol

 

rmxp.org (OBVIOUSLY!) -- RMXP ORG HAS BEEN REMADE COMPLETELY!! I CAN'T EVEN NAVIGATE THE SITE PROPERLY YET HAHAHA!!

ALSO if you are using google.. you may find a crap load of japanese resource sites. get google to translate and good luck navigating them ^_^

in my opinion.. rmxp only really needs two templates..

HK and RTP (oh and people should be making POSE TEMPLATES or someshit rather then a completely new template)

Well, if a vast amount of resources is what you mean, like Raiku said above me, look over many forums. Don't just go for English forums. Check out Spanish, Italian, Japanese and Greek forums.

thats if you can manage to navigate them.. the reason i steer clear of those sites is because i can't translate them and google translate works like well... it's just not that good..
