i dont use a translator i just suck at english at times(usually then im tired)

When does it display the mesage at the start of the program or some time later ?

it says that the pool's web site is offline and then ask's if i still want to launch it if you press no it displais the error and asks if you want to save it(don't remember it asks if you launch the pool though)
