POINT OF SIGNATURES???

I was just wondering what the point of signatures was? I mean, do you put something down there for people to get a message, or for people to go "Hey! I want that! *grabbedy, grabbedy, steal, grab*" I put the things in mine from things that I have said that I think will influence a lot of people. Like the "Hopes and Dreams are glass" One. also, as a side note, were you affected by my sig? (random, yes. off topic, not really.)

Mines is just to show off some of my graphic design skills...the first one anyways...just something real simple.

 

The second one is to show off my music. Which everyone that has been here long enough knows is my number one passion and goal in life.

 

The third one is to show off my PS3 trophies. :-p

Hm, really mine is more for me than anyone else. The progress card keeps me motivated to continue working, as far as anything I say in my signature I have put anything from favorite quotes to satires to gibberish. I think that your signature should not only be to show off your skills or to affect other people by also to affect yourself and keep you motivated to go after the things that matter.

 

As far as your signature laansolo it has affected me in a small way getting me thinking about how true it really is. Not really a huge change but, it's the small things in life that really matter right?

Signatures, to my knowledge, are just extensions of your avatar. They express whatever feelings you want them too, or they can be just adspace. Depends on how you use it.

I've always prefered villian characters, not heroes, so I usually show sentences about them in my signatures.
