Ecowolfsteen 14 Report post Posted March 5, 2011 That looks good but unless you can go to the other part of the map that's closed off by the castle it would be pretty much useless to map that. It does look good though nut the part where it cuts off at the top for a bridge type thing kind of bugs me. Add some more plant life as it looks like that is a courtyard. Courtyards usually have gardens or atleast more than just two lines of bushes. 6/
frsgalaxy 0 Report post Posted March 8, 2011 Thanks guys :) the only reason the bridge goes into the wall was to show that the castle is 3D instead of the 2D feel that you would get if you left it flat on the river/moat :) As for the foliage I will add more and I will be extending this scene aswel as you can tell this is just the first part :) The reason there is not a door next to the bridge is because I couldnt find one in the RTP Tilesets (There on tilesets in VX) Im gonna look through the events and see what is in there :) I will also add more tree's and I really lke how you can layer stuff in XP :) VX deffinately needs to have that intergrated :) maybe I will make an engine hehe (*looks at everyone slyly*)
FranklinX 37 Report post Posted March 8, 2011 (edited) It does not look completed. There is no door or opening beyond the gate. Edited March 8, 2011 by RATED-RKOFRANKLIN
