Loosely based around the Yggdrasil Tree of Norse Mythology in a video game setting, Alternate Phantasia gives you a origin story of the "World Tree" in video games, and the first warriors charged with defending the worlds of Yggdrasil and the Mana that it produces.The story begins with Kitaro the last of his clan of Dragon Masters, he was ripped away from his family by a sudden attack by assassins bearing a crest of a burning tree on his 18th birthday. One year later after aligning himself with Aeric another victim of a plot from the mysterious assassins, the two set out to find the reason behind the attacks and to obtain vengeance on the ones responsible

Hundreds of weapons and armor to help power you up for the fights ahead. Equip your summoner with Magic Tomes that double as shields and your Ninja with Uchigatana for a unique duel wielding experience!
200+ monsters to try and stop you from your quest, also making a second appearance a hidden boss from the very popular RPG gem "Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars." Do you know your RPGs enough to figure out who it is!
