Welcome to RMXPU :D As for "The Dream Island", it's a project of mine that has been in the planning stages for a while now, but it's hopefully gonna be one of the most expansive RPG Maker XP games out there lol...you can read more about it in its various stages of planning in my blog, which can be found here. Hey all, I'm back, and boy, have I got a few stories to tell. Okay, so first of all, I would like to let you all know that I just got out of the hospital about a week and a half ago after a 2 week stay. Why was I in the hospital, you may ask? Well, I tried hanging myself about a month ago due to severe depression and an argument I got into with my father. But! I'm here now, I'm doing better, and that's all that matters. Secondly, some of you may also be wondering why I was depressed. My meds were not working for me, and I was sick of not doing anything with my life (I know now though, that suicide is NOT, and should NEVER be a solution to whatever shit life has to throw at you). Now onto something a bit less gloomy, and more game-related. Due to recent events, I have decided to take things slowly with my game, The Dream Island. Also, as some of you may know, I was helping moderate a 2D online RPG, TerraWorld Online. Well, I'm no longer an admin on there, and I sorta got one of my characters banned, so I am no longer a player of that game either, and I do not regret it one bit, as I have found a similar, but much better, game. The game I have now gotten myself wrapped up in is called Return to Gaurdia. Why did I leave everything on Terra behind for this game? Well, for one, it has more staff support, which means the game gets updated more often; it's less childish than Terra (graphics, chat, etc.); it has a bunch more features, more skills, and more to do; the community is friendlier; and more...check it out for yourself if you don't believe me :P That about sums up what I've been up to since I went on hiatus...Now onto what's new here? For those of you who are aiming toward a more serious approach, I've got a couple name generators for you that I've found quite helpful. Serendipity ~ This one has everything from people name generators to story plot line generators, and I've found it to be one of the best out there. Seventh Sanctum ~ There's also this one that I've found very helpful. From Skills, abilities, and traits to song style generators, this is apt to fit people of every style. Hey guys, I figured I would share with you guys some of my latest sprites for Knights of the Sacred Blade, which, as you may have read about in my blog, is a game similar to TerraWorld Online, and is currently still in production. Please note I did not make all of the tiles seen on this map...the ones that aren't mine I just used to make a decent looking map :P The only tiles that are NOT mine are the rock walls and the grass. I wish I could help (I've learned a lot of mapping skills over the past couple years), but unfortunately, I don't use RMVX...I could try making an example map in RMXP, however, and you could try from that.

Hey guys and gals, I know I may have posted this before, but it's different this time. Terra is slowly dying, thus, we are trying to get more new players. For those of you who have never heard of this game, it is a 2D game with zelda-like graphics, quite similar to RPG Maker XP or VX. It has a small, but friendly community, and is sure to keep you entertained for hours on end. If you HAVE played this game, we are always welcoming old players back, and have recently released the newly redesigned starter island, named Somnium. We are also in the process of planning a new main island, although this has not been officially announced yet, as there is not enough information about it at the moment. I got confused, sorry...I use the default 32x64 for XP as well...Good job on the grass and dirt so far :)

RMXP default is 32x32 for tiles...isn't it?

Any of the Mana games would be awesome with today's graphics and technology :D
