    A modified version of my Deep Space Nebula Title Screen so that it can be used as a Parallax/Panorama.

  3. I'm still not quite understanding...how did you get it so that it looks like he's punching the enemies, jumping, etc.? Someone had to make sprites for that, didn't they?

  6. I must say, I've never been a fan of RMVX or its graphics, but this game looks like it could change that :D Will it be able to be played if we don't have RMVX installed? Also, how did you go about doing the ABS?

    Was playing around with some ideas for a title screen for "A World of Dreams" and here's one title screen I came up with (without the text)...Credits should go to "Steven a.k.a. ShinyToyGuns" if used.
  9. Hey all, I decided that I would finish a project I started a while back after seeing a topic on the hbgames forum. The purpose of this project would be to help people struggling with mapping using the default RTP by creating maps that they can look at for ideas using each of the 50 default tilesets, as well as the default autotiles and characters, combined with events that they can also look at once I upload the project file. I have created a poll, as you can see, so that I may get a better understanding of how many people would be in support of this. Once I finish this project, I may even start doing requests for non-RTP stuff, but that probably wouldn't be for a while. If you would like to see some maps I've made in a different game engine, feel free to peruse my Photobucket album.   12. U-U-U-Uselesspost! @dolarmak: I think it would be much appreciated by the whole community if you started making some mapping tutorials. However, joman does sorta have a point. You did necropost, and although it was with good intent, it is typically frowned upon. :P

  14. Sorry for not replying in a while...got sorta sidetracked with a few other things. I might be able to find a way to do this. So you want it so that you can place the tiles wherever? I can try to find a way to do that.

  17. by character animations, do you mean like, running, jumping, swimming, etc? If so, that's probably quite possible. As for the tiles being locked, what do you mean? I'll try to incorporate this somehow :)

I can probably find a way to do both these things If by networking, you mean the ability to host an mmo, then yes, I had already planned on this :) Particle system? elaborate please? do you mean like, rain, snow, etc.? or something else? Dynamic sprite sizes, if it's what I'm thinking of, is quite possible. As for dynamic tile sizes, could you please elaborate how this would work? This should be possible :) I can probably find a way to eventually incorporate adding of event types, and I think videos are quite possible...but I'll have to look into it more ;) And yes...compatibility with RPG Maker resources will most definitely be possible.
  19. The vehicle system is quite possible, and not quite sure what you mean by text preview...could you please elaborate? maybe with a screenshot?
  20. Life is going swell...I'm now out of my parents' house, and I've started driving lessons and looking for a job. I also plan on going to college in the fall.
