Thanks for the advice, i will change the colors of the menu, i understand where your coming from it may be a strain on bad sighted people. I have deffinately thought about how hot tempers are going to be flowing in and out of this website so i have taken it apon my self to say NO EXCEPTIONS regardless of who the person is. if they are a friend of mine, they can prove they are a good friend by getting over the fact they were blocked from the website and still associate with me. I understand also that the duties of this site will be straining as it will have to be heavily moderated as to prevent racial outbursts or sexist outbursts, i have also taken into account that someone mar offend someone inccidentally by reffering to a proffession or something like that, i have stated many times in the rules that there is to be NO DIRECT rants as in no rants directing at a certain person, i am assuming that a proffession is a little more leniant as comedians get away with it on a daily basis, any people who are offended by it are welcome to express their opinions to the person in a POLITE manner, there will be a report option so if the manner ISN'T polite it will result in warnings and possibly bans.

I was laying in bed one night talking with my girlfriend about ideas for my next website, she seems to have a bit of a passion for RANTING about things that peeve her of. not so much abusive rants but more comical rants that you would see a comedian perform on a stage, she has me in tears regularly with her rants. She suggested making a website where people can go and rant, to maybe help cut back on some of the ranters from facebook, myspace etc. i figure it couldn't hurt to attempt making a website such as this so i've began construction of the website. http://ugotbeef.createmybb3.com (Temporary adress) I've decided to name the website "U-Got-BEEF" currently i havn't got a domain for it as it's in an experimental phase so i am using temporary free hosts, the website is in early construction stages and i am still working hard on the website, i just though that i would share the site and see what people think, I am always looking for help so if the site interests you then please feel free to speak up, I am planning to run this website for a descent period and try and make some profit from it. This means that all people who help operate the site will be paid also, not currently as the project is in trial phase but as soon as the site gets up and running there will be a monthly salary that will be determined at a later rate, and of course as the workload increases with the site users the pay will increase. I am really excited about this website and i am looking forward to all feedback but please make it constructive and not a flame or some other pointless post that i will most probably ignore..

that's not bad at all! especially if you have a regular sprite of her in non pregnant form and the player acctually see's her in this state then see's her in the pregnant state it will flow smoothly. good job. i rate this a 9/10

maybe try using events? set variable (skill id %) random - 1-15 then set different event branches for each variable with only a certain few set to the skills actual ability?

Love the Pika doom lol i agree that perhaps you should try dressing your sprite up and see if it looks better clothed.

REQUEST A MAP Requests OPEN Ok so i am currently planning an up and coming project that is expected to be rather large but in the mean time while i am still preparing things i have decided it would be a good idea to help some other members out by offering my Expertise in mapping to the RMXPunlimited users. Now currently i have no examples so you'll just have to take my word for it. When this topic starts becoming more popular some of my works (either prior requests or just some random works) will be posted so that users can see my works and determine if it is the right style. Request guidelines: Please note that not all requests will be accepted, If i feel that the request is meh then i probably won't do it. I am mainly doing this to see what kind of map ideas people can come up with and see if i am able to create maps fitting. This is for me strictly learning. I would like to be credited in your projects if you use my maps credits to Raiku44 are fine. IF the map is to be used in a commercial project of course i am expecting some form of a payment.

i can't really see a problem with the shading.. after all it is just a template right? so all you need is the basic outline really cause the actual shading will be part of the clothing right?

well i upgraded my pc and rmxp was already installed while it had XP then i upgraded to windows 7 and it worked fine, i then tried to install RMXP onto my new laptop that came standard with windows 7 and when i was trying to activate the program i had some problems, at first i couldn't obtain the trial number so i couldn't even get to the screen asking me to enter my codes. luckily i found a tutorial teaching how to edit the comps reg and trick the program into expiring it's 30 day trial thus taking it directly to the activation screen.. :)

it's really really easy, Just print screen the base template (just the body) and draw the "item" onto the template, after the item has been drawn and completed on all 4 directions then all you must do is erase the base template and fill the background in with a single color then save the file as a .Png after that simply import the file into the generator and walla, extra resources, i've created a few extra's but i havn't actually found a database to download extras :(

have you tried downloading and adding an anti lag script to your project? not sure if the anti lag script will actually help with this problem but hey it might?

ok i'm no expert scripter in fact i'm barely able to edit scripts.. but i have an idea none the less but i don't know if it will actually be of any use... can you make a script that checks to see if a state is active (the skill is on) if the state is active when attacked check damage amount then convert the damage to 0 and increase the players HP or SP by the number of damage? surely using a variable to save the amount of damage and recalling the same variable to replenish the points would work right? and if you can't figure this out via script, i will attempt creating an evented skill if you would like.

deffinately agree that the map needs more randomness, the cavern itself seems to fake and not natural enough, I suggest adding in a few more decorations, there are some very open spaces that look plain and bland, Don't get me wrong some maps look better empty but some maps look to empty and they look boring. Instead of putting large patches of terrains (as i can see you have done) place small patches maybe 1 or two patches here and there with maybe one larger patch.. remember the more random looking the map the easier it is on the eyes because it looks more natural rather then fake.

To all those who may or may not remember me, Chaosmakr44 OR Raiku44 either usernames i am known by. after buying a new laptop and finally figuring out how to bypass windows 7 security to get RMXP to actually work! my god it was a battle! but anyways, i'm back and i've decided to start a new project. More information on this project will be posted at a later date. i dabble in resource creating and take requests from time to time, i also browse the forums for good Event system ideas as i am always trying to expand my manipulative arts, I love manipulating the variables and switches into creating extreme systems. If anyone has any questions regarding rmxp no doubt i'll be able to help in some way as i've been using the program for a number of years now (4-5) i do dabble in other game editing software but by far i prefer rmxp over any others simply because it is very versatile and easy to manipulate. anyways hopefully i can aide some members here and earn myself a rep here. :)

ok.. Well i am somewhat talented at tricking RMXP into doing what i want it to do for me.. so i was wondering if anyone had some ideas for event systems or if anyone had any requests for event systems or anything like that.. Any idea is acceptable.. thanks in advance ;)
