It's called a black church because almost every member is black. The problem with schools is that the richer schools have more funds. This is not equal competition in the educational field. Every school should give all students an equal opportunity. In the south colleges are rated very low and they improve themselves every year to help students compete with students at other regions. Maybe I should make a topic of our whack out educational system.
