Yeah, that's my biggest problem with VX Ace right now. Sometimes mapping is frustrating. I didn't buy Ace myself, it came as a gift from my uncle. But it pretty much is VX Ace, with a few problems fixed, just not the mapping.

When I made a thread like this, and mandachi asked me to bake him a marble cake. Oh how the time flies. Anyway, I just got RPGMakerVX Ace and am hoping to once again be a staple in this community. Hey, guys.

Keep it, Marked. There are still plenty of people who use RMVX, as either they had bought it previously or have decided not to use RMVX Ace for whatever reason.

Do you have the sound effect set? I'd also recommend you use "Step Forward" after changing it so he's looking up, I've had a glitch like that before and doing just that fixed it. Might be different for you, though.

I admit I pirate, mostly the REALLY expensive programs like photoshop. but thinking back on it, i don't feel in the slightest bad. all i did was make a multi-millionaire lose 1000 dollars. Wow, I SURE harmed him. i don't think he can eat his 600 dollar dinners anymore, or get that new i-pod or whatever that just came out. e_e
