Well I actually took the job for a few weeks and once I had the redesign of the site done. Jon Bon fired me as Marked said he would even though all his staff praised my designs.

No that was not harsh at all. I have been researching a new design and appearance style for my little forum. I have also grown a dislike for the scrolling spot at the top. The original purpose was just to show off my game pics and make my forum look different from other sites. and yes it serves no real purpose other than that sadly. I may have already done a few things to the site since you came by and I am helping the layout and design of another site also. Thanks for the clear advise.

Yes screens would be great and do you use XAS alot?

About a tutorial section (and little more) Yes! It does have a tutorial area. Once you have updated your member profile and made at least a post (I suggest an introduction), you (aka the member) will go up to the second forum rank and a whole category that is a six block forum opens up for all kind of tutorials and "classes" sections. Each one of these forum areas focuses on a different aspect of design and creation also covers many, many different engines as a whole. That is one thing in my forum that differs greatly from others is the fact that everything isn't open from the start! Different categories opens up to a member as they go up in forum rank. I also have VIPs that get preferential treatmeant and there own little workspace too. Also I want it to where any game designer, for any maker (or even profession software one day) will come too. I am tired of everyone having to be separated because we are all making games. Also I made a home portal html page (using some shortcuts) and hidden the link in the forum itself. I wonder who can find it. I didn't know about the stretch issue because my pc is 1920x1080 resolution. This is why I want other ppl to test it. and Kihri I am sorry too!

*I was writing this around 4pm my time and the power went off, so I am now going to try again. I am really excited about GDU and all the work Marked has put into it. I wish it was done now, but I feel that Marked can take as much time as he needs so it can be right. I applaud Marked for the blending of the databases on the sites so nothing will be left behind. And as for testers Marked if you need me I am raising my hand now and getting in line, if you don't I am okay with that. You should be very proud of GDU. it is looking and is going to be awesome. Thank you for all the hard work and exra effort you have put into it to make it special for all of us.

One question I have is how is this better than my pc? and what company will have control over the free console? and I want a job with them please....since they are so rich now.

My birthday was yesterday and it read "zero birthdays today" yesterday when I looked... i.e. broken.

Well good new the chat was working well today with my google chrome I had no problems even logging in and everything else was golden.

If the 2nd (bottom pic) is the topbar, I like it the best. I am not a fan of the stacking of words as in the first pic.
