so i've been coming up with lots of ideas for my games, and, I'm starting to plan out my cutscenes before i get to them, so i already know how some parts of Arcatis will go, even though i haven't gotten to them yet. also, there will be a part, where you are thrown in a dungeon, and must make your way out without using any magic. remember when i said that some boss battles will have uncontrollable allies helping you? well i've decided that there will be about 8 of those. one against the Dark Behemoth mentioned in an earlier entry, one or two against the Black Knights, and 6 in the final dungeon (the last 6) if anyone knows of a way i can take away certain items and equipment from the player, then give those exact things back later, let me know. as for what i'm currently working on, Sabaku Desert itself is done, but I still need to make a couple things inside it. This whole thing is going slowly, and i'm definitely taking my time with it. hm...I wonder how that script and those sprites are coming...

In this context, teddy bear refers to a stuffed animal you always had with you when you were little, this is mine. Back when my parents still gave me stuffed bunnies for Easter, and stuffed bears for Christmas, i would take a picture of all my rabbits sitting in a chair, the day before Easter. it was a little tradition i made up. I loved stuffed animals, i still do i guess, i just love cute animals :P anywho, one year, i saw this REALLY cute bunny. The cutest thing I had ever seen. I fell in love, instantly. technically, this little guy was my second "Teddy Bear" but my first was an actual stuffed bear, and still looks exactly the same as when i first got him (i've had him for as long as i can remember) i always named my stuffed animals, and played with them, as part of a game my brother and i used to play. this particular bunny, i named fluffy, cuz that's that he was. I don't have a picture of what he looked like when i first got him, but this is what he looks like now. (i used to chew on things lol) he's been through a lot, and i used to always be holding him when i was home. I just recently thought about him, and dug him out of my old stuffed animal bin to take this picture he can't sit up straight anymore, so he's propped up with a pillow lol (also one of this paws is backwards)

@pol Dirge of Cerberus Final Fantasy VII almost an FPS (default is 3rd person, might have a 1st person option) Final Fantasy Full keyboard and mouse support (yea i know, its just the game) PS2 (maybe pc?) just thought i'd mention it. my friend, who hates most RPGs, said that it's the only Final Fantasy he's bother playing, since it's not turn based, and its a shooter. to him, turned based games are boring, which i kinda understand (but when you grow up with them, they're awesome) anywho, that whole no electronics thing sounds scary to me now lol I've never heard of driver, is that a racing game or something? about kingdom hearts. I love that series too much. I keep buying the games, even though i know its stupid. the story line is so confusing sometimes, that i feel like, if nomura explained everything in detail, he would give away some kind of secret of the universe. @Jon Bon F-Zero? you probably have never played X, since it's N64, but my brother and i (he's 24 and has moved out) played F-Zero X like all day today. that game brings back awesome memories @Jon and RKO A Link to the Past? huh, i need to get into 2D zelda games, people are always talking about games like this. maybe i'll download something on my Wii one of these days. I realize i had kind of a luxury, with my brother being practically my best friend, and having a relatively awesome childhood (which is coming to a close, since i'll be an adult in december) and has anyone heard of Jetforce Gemini? that game would've been my Halo if i was super into shooters. other than Metroid Prime, its the only FPS i love (even though, like Dirge of Cerberus, it's mostly 3rd person) most shooters have real guns, and show their irl names. in Jetforce Gemini, the weapons were stuff like Pistol, Machine Gun, Plasma Shotgun, Cluster Bombs, etc. there were no clever names, and it made it very easy to tell them apart for me. real gun names usually confuse me, and i dont know what they look like lol. @pol again you had COD? ive played Black Ops, and modern warfare 2, and both were ok, but i dont like them enough to buy them. again, not that into shooters. oh, almost forgot, We also played DBZ Budokai 1, 2, 3, and Tenkaichi 1 and 2 I love talking about games that grew up with btw :D but i hate it when i lose an awesome game, and years later, its nowhere to be found. I miss some of those games :( some of the games i grew up with though, i didnt even own. my best friend owned them, like Banjo-Tooie, Donkey Kong 64, some weird Digimon fighting game, etc. I do think i missed out on a lot of stuff though, like most of the Final Fantasy games.

Everyone grew up with different stuff. Those things are usually what decide your intrests when you're older. For me it was the N64, NES, and GameBoy, mostly. Since before I can remember, We've(my brother and I) always had games like Ocarina of Time, Pokemon Stadium 1 and 2, the first 2 pkmn generations(RBY & GSC), Super Mario 64, Megaman 4, Banjo-Kazooie, Super Smash Bros., TMNT3, Star Tropics, F-Zero X, and Jet Force Gemini. Harry Potter and Star Wars have always been my favorite movies (even though im not that into movies), and my brother and I always watched things like Pokemon, DBZ, Gundam, Yu-Yu-Hakusho, and Naruto on Toonami and stuff when i was little (well littler) Our NES died of old age, and is probably housing spiders in our garage. Eventually, we got a PS2, which came with two of the worst games we've ever had for it, Gran Turismo 3, and ATV Off-road Fury. We soon got Final Fantasy X, Kingdom Hearts, Soul Caliber II, etc. We also had a few PS1 games, like Gundam Battle Assault 2, Megaman X6, and Megaman 8, but never had a PS1. When we first got GBA2 (our first PS1 game), we didn't have a PS1 memory card, so we unlocked a bunch of stuff, many times over, since we couldn't save. We did finally get one of course. oh yea, and Legos and K'nex Now, we have an N64, a PS2, PS3, Gamecube, Wii, Gameboy, GBC, 2 GBAs, and I have a DS lite, and a DSi. My brother has a PSP. so yea, I grew up with a lot of video games lol. I'm sure i'm forgetting stuff though. my brother is more into Anime, and music now than me, and i'm more into video games and stuff than him. just thought i'd share that with the world. what about you?

Finished Dragon Plains, which, as the name, and screenshot suggest, has dragons in it. Every color of dragon has a corresponding element. ie: the green dragon in that picture is earth, and casts "Venom" on you, poisoning you. The attack itself is weak, but it always poisons the target. In the corner of the screen, you can see the wing of a yellow dragon. That one uses thunder magic. Every dragon has a chance of dropping a dragon scale of its color. Each one has a different effect when equipped to the Accessories slot. ie: Red raises Fire resistance, and increases RES by 1 RES stands for resistance, and is what im using for magic defense. they all increase at least one stat, and raise resistance of at least one element. ie: the description for Blue Dragon Scale, is "Raises Water and Ice resistance. INT and DEF + 1" Dragons are rare enemies, since they are only in Dragon Plains, and there is only one of each type (so you have to exit the map and re-enter if you want to fight one again) And there are 4 other types of dragons that aren't on this map. there's the Dark Dragon, which is the first boss, that you fight at the top of Mt. Ater, in that tower, the Ice Dragon, which you fight in Gelu Caverns, the Black Dragon, which is in a secret location, and the White Dragon, the strongest, which is also in a secret location. The Dark Dragon, drops a Black Dragon Scale, every time, but can only be fought once. The others, can be fought an unlimited number of times. The Black Dragon, like the Dark Dragon, drops Black Dragon Scales of course. After Dragon Plains, the player has to cross Sabaku Desert, which i was working on as i was typing this.
